Banzai Bowl is a great place to get an oversized acai bowl, with lots of choices for toppings. I think it's a pretty decent choice for acai, but they tend to get busy due to their location being so close to the beach, and the quality of the preparation can be hit-or-miss. I have been coming to this location since it opened! Banzai bowl is our favorite. The wait time has always been an issue however it has become drastically worse over the years. We had to wait a while before we were served. They didn't have enough staff for the demand of the product. I think they did a great job of telling the people it would be a little extra time. Well worth it! So good!!!
45min to 1hr for 1-Açaí Bowl… Crazy! Fruit in a bowl… They need a better system.. Even ordered on the App once ahead of time…
Worst waiting time ever!! lack of communication, etc and everything doesn't take a genius to make acai bowl if you have an hour to spare of your time for just an acai bowl this is place to come!! feel free to try it on your own

I visited the pick -up window where I was told it would be another 15 min... Multiple times. This was happening to all the customers. After an hour, I walked up to the front counter, to which the girl grabbed my bowls out of the freezer. I had been sitting there and they never called my name. The atmosphere is unorganized chaos with zero leadership. I hope there can be a shift in their hiring process because it's not working out currently.
Used to be amazing, but lately it's been awful, whoever is making the bowls definitely needs to be re-trained
