If you ask the right person on the right day under the waxing moon, all the employees will scream into a cup for you. Which is always wonderful because making it yourself is a nightmare.Vegetarian options: Screams are vegetarian. View all feedback.
What LOCALFREEK doesn't like about Starbucks:
This might be the absolute slowest starbucks in all of north america. After what seemed like 4 years of waiting for the coffee, I got it. Tasted good, but the day is ruined. View all feedback.
Suzette is horrible! She has charged for everything even a cup of ice. She has horrible customer skills and does not have good attitude

Literally everytime i come here i always tend to wait 25+ for two drinks and it’s ridiculous with 4 people on hot and cold bar. i have patience but they take forever! shifts tend to walk around the floor doing nothing but talking to their employees instead of helping, workers look confused and continue to mess up other people’s drinks. they have no system whatsoever. i keep coming here hoping my experience would change but i just wait there forever for my order, don’t recommend if you are impatient.

Could have been better is the most accurate way to describe this experience.I arrived at the Pinecrest location fairly late morning or early afternoon. The location was not busy, and I ordered ahead. When I arrived there were several customers, but no line and plenty of seats. I walked in and went to the pickup counter...no one greeted me. Another woman walked in right behind me and was immediately greeted. I didn't think too much of it, my order wasn't ready so I went to grab a seat.I waited a few more moments and then finally my order was ready, a couple walked up first and they were greeted and thanked, I walked up crickets.. A man walked in shortly after for a pickup order and again was greeted and thanked. In sitting in this location, I noticed some bias among the staff, there seems to be some preferential treatment towards a specific group, and then a secondary preference towards a secondary group. I won't specify what groups they were but very obvious and disappointing nonetheless. As others would say customer service is almost nonexistent outside of the preferential treatment to those deemed worthy of it. This location is pretty close to me, but it's likely I will head to the Barcroft location from here on out.
