What Michael Yang doesn't like about Ben Jerry’s:
The ice cream didn’t look or taste fresh. I got strawberry cheesecake and it was brownish looking. The worst part is, total cost was $13.00 for one scoop on a waffle cone. The waffle cone alone was a $3.50 charge!!! I could’ve bought better ice cream at the store for less than $4.00 and that would’ve lasted me a week. Last time I go to Ben Jerry’s for some ice cream at this location. View all feedback.

So impressed by the team at this Ben Jerry’s location. I ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday party via the store’s email and received an almost immediate response confirming they could do it and asking follow up questions. They were so communicative and accommodating of our requests and timeline. Brittany, who made the fantastic cake, and Maaz specifically went above and beyond. Highly recommend!
Phenomenal catering service at Museums of Illusions. Customer service was through the roof. Invite them to more events!!
I will definitely visit this location again. The lobby was extremely clean, the employees were very friendly and to top it off I had the experience of seeing them make me a fresh waffle cone.The smell of the waffle cone was SCRUMPTIOUS.Overall I had a GREAT experience and will definitely come back with friends.Thanks Oldtown
