What Jim Andersen doesn't like about The Pullman In Glenwood Spr:
I was disappointed in the food. With all these 5 star reviews i just dont see it. It was pretty expensive so my expectations were high. Between my wife and i we had devil eggs, tomatoe soup, waygu burger and fries and chicken. Wife and i both agree it was not very good. It was fancy bar food at best! Service was good, cant say anything negative about that. View all feedback.
I love coming to this place. Always great flavors, fresh ingredients, and I feel I can trust this kitchen and where my food comes from. We ordered the a little bit of everything and not one disappointed. Devil eggs, bone marrow, pork rinds, sea bass special, salmon tartare, donuts, sorbet, the Grenache wine. Colorful dishes, great presentation, and service was spotless. Not a great photographer, so pics don’t do justice.
We had the herb salad (loved), pierogis (loved) and pork shoulder (liked). Yummy wine and dessert menu looked good but we opted for ice cream instead. Thanks for a great meal!
Delicious, unique, purposeful, and well crafted dishes. Fantastic wines available for pairing Top notch informative service. A true immersion experience.
The Pullman executes so well what so many others attempt to: a refined, imaginative and cohesive menu served with uncomplicated, warm hospitality. It’s difficult to find something we didn’t want to try on their rotating seasonal menu, and every selection from the almost dozen plates we ordered created a conversation at our table from the very obvious thought and intention put behind each plate. 10/10, cannot wait to return, just for the deviled eggs and pork belly alone!
Great place to go for a special evening. The food was wonderful: creative and used local ingredients. Service went above and beyond, was very accommodating to our party. The Pullman is now one of my favorite restaurants in the valley, and the most affordable that offers this quality of food.
