I spent over 40.00 on 2 diners that were thrown away after a few bites . The meat was very dry and the rub on the brisk was horrible . I travel all over the country and eat BBQ every chance I get . Burnt ends where the best . Dip them in barbecue sauce.
Was so good! Brisket slop. Outside seating. On vacation? You don't have to leave your pet in the car.
Best BBQ place in the Capital region they make a killer brisket and have an amazing lineup of homemade sauces .
As always, the food was great. Also, PJ was very nice and gave our girls little stuffed animals.
Service was great but both my husband and I where a bit disappointed in the meal for what we paid. The meat did not have much flavor and not a lot of it, my husband got half link of sausage that seemed more like a 4th of one and my side (mac cheese) was maybe luke warm. We are not from around the area and come from more south Texas where BBQ is a lot different then what we had here so I'm not sure if that's why it wasn't what we expected.
