Moe's Southwest Grill - Griffin

Manager was rude food was old the place is garbage. I had to pay $9.70 for barley anything because the rest was turning colors. Chipotle is right around the corner I will never go to another moe?s

This Moe's was really clean..The staff was very friendly and welcoming to each customer. The food was hot and fresh. I would eat here again. Thank you ladies for a great dinner!!

I had the pleasure of working with Jessica for my daughter's wedding rehearsal dinner at Rockin' T Meadows on 9/2/22. She was so helpful! The food was delivered hot, fresh and on time! The team from Moe's in Griffin, GA exceeded every expectation that we had! GREAT JOB and THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Customer service seems to be going downhill. High school kid wouldn't even look at me when I was trying to tell him what I wanted and what I wanted on it. He just kept staring out the window. He barely put any chicken on my stack and didn't try to spread the guac or anything out evenly. Everything was packed up to go when we were eating at the restaurant and we had to ask for chips and half the chips were disgusting. Tasted like they were either stale or weren't cooked long enough. The drink station was very dirty and sticky. Update 10/29/22 Went right before 5pm for dinner. They were out of steak, almost out of ground beef and black beans. The adobo chicken tasted burnt. They had to make some more of the crunchy tortilla things to go inside the stacker because they were out. The employees were very friendly. Restaurant looked clean.

Been to plenty of moes. Was exciting one opened up close to home, haven?t got to go there sooner even being they only been open 2 weeks. So I made it tonight and workers seem like they hate they?re job and don?t wanna be there and worst of all the most important part, the food. Was terrible, I hope they turn things around cause if not I won?t eat there regularly and they?re profits are going to be slim. ????????????????
