In food service we know to never place the palm of your hand on the top of a cup or glass for obvious reasons. It’s gross and spreads germs. This place does this repeatedly and when I asked if they could please hold it in the middle I was glared at and on my next visit they did it again. I can over pay for my coffee elsewhere. They deleted most of the wall seating at this store. The coffee is ok. The cost is to high, $8.02 for a small black coffee and Chocolate Croissant. There are plenty of coffee shops with better prices on the Westside of Madison, I recommend Barriques in Middletown or Old Sauk location. .
The drive-thru is very slow and has no way to bailout if you get tired of waiting.
