I don't know where the employees think, but it's certainly not on their job. I order big drinks and get medium while I'm still being charged for big ones. I order extra sauce and don't get it while I'm still being charged. I had to go back several times because they misunderstood my order. I wasted so much time and gas. You have to do better.

I'm going here 2 times a week for the past year and half for my mother and order the same if not even it wasn't a problem if I had a Zasby's signature sandwich, that's all I want, I don't order a meal or combination just a sandwich so dont ask me what I want to drink and then if I want you for the 2. Once sandwich just ask me not want the combo meal. Idiots

The trip waits on average 15 minutes in the evening. And if I can finally order over her loudly broken speaker, I am greeted by unmotivated employees. (Not always, but normally)

Customer service here has gone downhill over the past few months. Drive thru is routinely slow. The cashier that took my order at drive thru put wrong sauce in my bag and, when I politely asked for a switch, she gave me a very aggravated and annoyed look. The food is good but customer service could definitely be improved.
