Always great hamburgers, but this special location often has staff problems. It seems that many there do not work with the stress of a dinner or lunch rush. Several times I ordered with the app and when I go to pick it up after I gave them my name, the order will be completed, but there are always cold. I think a little more training would use the entire customer experience. View all feedback.

Took them 40 minutes to get us our 2 burger meals. The food was cold!!! The fries were cold and tasted like they been there all day. Our order was WRONG!!!!!! Not rocket science for 2 bacon cheese burgers. Got them COLD and NO cheese or bacon just burgers.To wait for 40 minutes for THAT! Waited from 10:00 am to 10:51 to receive the wrong order and having to get a refund anyway. So I waited in line to not even get my food. This place isn't just poorly run, they've graduated to becoming an actual scam. I intend to protest this place inperson, the hard working people of Greenville don't deserve to have their time and money wasted. I ordered 2 breakfast burgersand fries, I received 1 breakfast burger and a chicken biscuit. They put cheaper items in your bag hoping you'll get to whereyou're going and just settle for it out of hunger and frustration, cause I know I'm not waiting another hour for them to get itright this time.
Made a mobile order ahead of time, went through the drive through to pick it up. After checking in at the intercom and pulling to the window, we were told our order wasn't made yet. We were asked to pull up and they would have it right out. 10 Minutes, 20minutes, 30 minutes, 40 minutes goes by, and finalllllly we get our order. Now tell me why its taking you that long, and why I'mwatching 5 other customers get their orders before me, when I had put the effort in to order ahead of time so this wouldn'thappen. Had meals with our order, no straws, no ketchup, and I was damned to wait any longer on their sad service time.
The food is consistently good when they manage to get the order right. The main problem is their slow service. I've tried using curbside pickup a few times, but not once have they brought my food out to me. After waiting for 10-15 minutes, I've had to get out of my car to collect my order myself. This place really needs some improvement.
We waited 40 minutes for our two burger meals, and when they finally arrived, the food was cold! The fries were also cold and tasted like they had been sitting out all day. To make matters worse, our order was wrong! It shouldn’t be complicated to get two bacon cheeseburgers, but we received just plain cold burgers with no cheese or bacon. After waiting 40 minutes for that, we were really disappointed. There were at least five staff members working, so we're not sure why the wait was so long or why the food was served cold!
The staff was friendly, but we had a long wait. The food was decent, though it wasn’t very warm. My burger seemed a bit hastily assembled, and unfortunately, I found hair in my fries. The overall cleanliness left something to be desired. While the employees wore gloves, it seemed like some of them were using the same pair for various tasks, which really undermines their effectiveness.
