What Shelley Laskey doesn't like about The Lazy Goat:
Mediocre meal for the price. The lamb appetizer/small plate was ok but soupy. The paella wasn 't a paella. It was a reheated rice dish. The sausage in it was very salty, which I found uncomfortable to eat. My wife and I agreed that the dish had been prepared for an earlier meal and reheated. We ate here before (in 2016) and remembered that we did not have a memorable meal then. To bad, we like Mediterranean food. The... View all feedback.
The Lazy Goat offers an endless list of great wine, and the Roasted Salmon over polenta was excellent. The restaurant offers a wonderful dining experience including a beautiful view of the Reedy River and a friendly knowledgeable staff.
First time visit. We all enjoyed everything we ordered. Our waiter was very helpful with suggestions and friendly. We had the friend goat cheese, Mediterranean lamb, extra lazy paella and the duck duck goat pizza. We will be back to try more dishes!
We LOVED our entire experience at The Lazy Goat. It was a bit loud for conversation, but everything else went well. It was restaurant week so the price was very reasonable. There were four of us and we were very happy with our meals. The shrimp appetizer was so tasty. Our server told us it's not on the regular menu. I encourage you to add it to the menu. Three of us had the halibut and thought it was awesome. We will definitely return in the future.

I had the Prosciutto Vegetable Creste di Gallo: and my husband got the Smoked Paprika Tagliatelle. They both were delicious. We had the chocolate cake for dessert that was heavenly. The service was fantastic.
