Based upon the reviews I was shocked at how bad the food was. The red sauce was almost brown. It was either overcooked or old. The chicken marsala was very watery. The house salad was almost $5 and had lettuce and 2 grape tomatoes. The only real positive thing I can say is the bread was good. Wow!! Is all I can say. Gabriel, you run quite the phenomenal business! From the moment we walked in the door, I just knew we were about to eat some delicious and authentic Italian food. The bruschetta was to die for, our kids devoured the bread and butter, and the entrees exceeded our expectations. Presentation was perfect, the customer service was TOP-TIER and the atmosphere was amazing. We will definitely be returning for sure. Thanks again!!!
Giovanni's is our favorite place in Greenville. The food is wonderful! It is a small place with a nice atmosphere great for special ccasions or just a casual evening out. The owner is very hands on and will make sure you have a fabulous meal. The menu has a nice range of options, but be sure to listen to the specials too!
I liked my portobello ravioli. It was served with pesto sauce and the cream had a good smell and was tasty
