Mcdonald's - Greensburg

I waited in curbside parking for 25 minutes and when I went inside, I found the food to be soggy and cold. Upon arriving home, I discovered that a whole meal was missing. The service at this location is terrible.

I went through the drive-thru this morning to pick up breakfast. I ordered a large coffee with 4 Splenda and 4 creamers, along with 2 Sausage, Egg, and Cheese bagel sandwiches using a mobile code. However, I received 2 Bacon, Egg, and Cheese sandwiches instead. Despite the new look of the building, the poor service remains the same. It is frustrating that they can't get a simple 3-item order right.

I stopped by for dinner during a break from a work training course. I placed an order through the mobile app for curbside pickup. Despite waiting for 15 minutes, I never received my food. Unfortunately, I had to leave without my meal as I was on a tight schedule.

Waited in the Drive-Thru for 35 minutes ordered four chicken McNuggets adult Happy meals and they didn't not even give me my sauce and it was at 2:00 p.m.

I work as a delivery driver, I waited a 1/2 an hour in the drive-through line communicated with my customer about the wait. Got to the window to pick up my order, they shut off the lights (at 9:15pm on a Sunday) and told me to go home they were closed. Itried to communicate with them, hey I 've been waiting a half hour chances are the order is already made, cant I just deliverit? They told me we dont care. We 're done, please leave.
