many months ago, a great friend introduced me to van loi, we live 45 minutes from the restaurant. when I first at Van loi, it was some of the best food I've ever eaten, and now we're going to visit once a week. the restaurant is always full and they make every dish fresh. they are so friendly and they are very attentive to their orders and needs. I don't leave many reviews. Went for first time for Chinese BBQ today for lunch. Got half duck and order of roast pork and it was awful. Was served soggy, undercooked, room temperature meat that was mostly inedible. No crispy skin anywhere on the duck and I opened that box as soon as I hit my seat in the car to try it. Had Debit card copied / hacked to warn here so. Reviews from below eat: The good the food tastes great and was overall satisfied with prices. Bad customer service is not existent and super slow. The bathroom was unclean and smells bad with smoke. Something new attempts will probably not return.

Wonderful food and fast service. Very large menu that we needed some help from the staff to navigate. Her recommendations were detailed and our food was delicious. I'll study the menu online before our return. Even though the place was packed we had no problem with refills. Portions were large and presentation was spot on. Recommended
Came in for a dinner reservation and they did everything so well. They even helped hide and serve a cake for our celebration. 10/10 recommendation for an authentic Vietnamese dinner!! We had their whole large flounder and it was so delicious!! Don’t forget to start with a papaya salad. Lemongrass spicy beef is out of this world. Hands down the best grilled pork in town. I’ve traveled everywhere and these guys really do it well! Thank you Van Loi for making our special day great!
