Grey's Tavern - Greensboro

I definitely like the place and the food was excellent. We will definitely check it again when we are back in Greensboro. The only drawback is that they do not offer table service and maybe because of a personal question.

First and last time at Grey?s Tavern, Truly an experience like never before, I visit the place because my friends want to eat chicken wings. A young lady at the bar took our drink and appetizer orders. Once we left the premises, the the second waitress, who was not even our waitress, came out behind us and told the young man from security to not allow us to return to the premises again. We actually went back and asked security what the reason was for the young woman she gave him those instructions. But the one who responded with attitude was the boyfriend of that employee with extreme rudeness. He was asked for the owner's name and refused to share it. These type of employees are what make small businesses close. There really wasn't any interaction with this young lady, and per my friend it is not the first time she?s experienced this type of behavior from this woman. Not clear if ethnicity is an issue but the woman had no issues interacting with the Caucasian individuals, but it?s clear she has an issue with other ethnicities. Heavy set blonde white waitress on Saturday night and her Caucasian boyfriend, these people are evil.

Very nice Bar and Grill..clean and spacious. The bartender was friendly and courteous..I had a veggie pita, with baked beans as my side. It was delicious. I will definitely return !!

I came here on 1/30/21 with friends around 1:45pm. We only came here to have a drink or two. We had just ate at M'Coul's. One friend got a Red Oak beer. One for a Stella Artois. Myself, and two friends got a lemon drop. It was $13 for two. One of the friends who got the lemon drop thought it was really good. I thought it was okay. It tasted too much like juice and not enough of the alcohol. It was pretty empty while we were here. They have outdoor seatings. The ambiance was good. The music wasn't too loud and just right. I enjoyed the songs and actually knew them! We were signing along. GPD was starting to show up outside and we didn?t know. The bartender stated that there is anticipation of a protest for a man killed by GPD in 2018! Covid wise, masks are required. The bartender was wearing one. They have hand sanitizer by the door. Tables are socially distanced.

From the city of florida and tried greys tavern. eating was different from what I'm used to (step fired chicken), but good. I called to go and the dame was not the kindest (only ground for the 4 stars). Once I let her know we were out of town, she was more friendly. great location!
