Excellent Cold Stone location. The store combines the ice cream and nextdoor chocolate shop so you have more space. The ice cream can be expensive but you can get a cup or come, pints to go, ice cream cakes and more. The staff are pretty good and they do have handicap accessible parking, seating, and restrooms. What Stephanie C doesn't like about Cold Stone Creamery:
The most unaccomodating people ever. Tried to order a custom cake and met with nothing but red tape and no help. Just horrible. The ice cream is good but customer service is the absolute worst. Done. View all feedback.

Sarah is, quite possibly, the most rude manager of a store I have ever had to deal with. We have had an issue with her in past which the store owner was kind enough to remedy with a free creation. When we went to the store to claim it, not only did she have an unpleasant attitude the entire time, but when we got home, I realized there is no way she gave me Cake Batter ice cream, like I asked for. It tastes strange and sour. I have no idea what flavor it is. Also, I asked for oreo cookies. She added two, which is perfectly fine, except she left half a cookie on the table. We asked if she could add the cookie to the cup, but she claimed it was too full , which it wasn 't. We asked if she could just put it in another cup. She said she could, but it was extra. We asked how much, she said $4!!! For half a cookie?! It amazes me that someone like this could still be a manager there. I refuse to patronize this place any longer if it means dealing with her. I 've worked customer service in a restaurant for 6 years and I would never treat a customer the way she does. I hope the owner does something about her behavior soon because the way she deals with customers is unacceptable.
WORST LOCATION EVER!!!!! Workers were were extremely rude with the words and the eye rolling. I asked for 2 scoops of ice cream and only got one. Got 5 medium ice creams and some had more than the other and when we asked for equal scoops they ignored us and wouldnt refund us. Never coming here again as you could even tell the employees did not even wanna be there. If i could rate this 0 stars i would.
We had gift cards which is really why we went. Not that we aren't ice cream lovers, but it's not a typical stop. Two creation cones were $16. We left the rest for tip. Customer service pleasant and helpful. First time visitor, I was afraid of all these people singing for tips, but I think those days have passed. They are a cobranded store with Rocky Mountain Chocolates so there is a great selection for any sweet tooth. I couldn't dare look at the cooler of cakes and other goodies, but it seems like you are set if you need a party dessert! This location was pretty clean; the bathroom could use a once over with leaky faucets. It's a corporate ice cream shop, you know the drill. I'd go back on someone else's dime and sample something before I buy. Secret time, I'd just as soon buy Breyers and goodies at store for same cost, but it's the fun I guess :
Had a hankering for Rocky Mountain candy apple and could not find one independently. Thankfully this Cold Stone is basically a 2 in 1 with both ice cream and Rocky Mountain Chocolate desserts. Would rate it a 5 star but I haven’t tried their ice cream. Also saw an old review before I went that said their apples were brown but this one was fine.
