I received excellent service from a friendly young man during my visit. I was impressed, especially considering that many McDonald's locations I've been to before failed to provide such good service. Don’t underestimate the teenage staff; they truly made my day! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
This place was renovated last year. I typically don’t go to McDonald's, but I needed a quick meal today. Unfortunately, the restaurant was dirty and there were flies everywhere. I wouldn't recommend anyone dining in here; it should really be drive-thru only so customers don’t have to see the conditions in which their food is prepared. View all feedback.
Terrible. soft drink bad tasting, icy watered! French fries always old. that's not worth it!
Never gets orders right. Always forgets sauce. Never gives you a recipe. Always cold. This one is a rip off, just go to Greendale Indiana location. It's worth the extra 20 minute drive
Hadn't been to this location in years. Order was incorrect so I asked them for the missing items. Still incorrect so I asked again for them to look it over since things were still missing. Finally got the order right. Got home and sandwiches were so dry and fries were rock hard. Not sure if they were having a rough day, but won't be going back any time soon.
You would think going through the drive thru at 12:15 in the afternoon the food would be fresh. Wrong the fries ? were so hard. Like last night fries. Quarter Pounder raw. Not pink Raw meat. nThis is the worst McDonald 's ever
Somehow they can never muster up the energy to give us the frappes we order through DoorDash. Nor can they tell us that they are unable to (for whatever reason) so we get no drink EVER with our MEALS that COME WITH DRINKS. n nI could understand if it happened once, but it 's happened 3 times now. So I get my refund through DD then reorder (while also tipping again) for them to not be able to make it . It 's our tradition to DD on Wednesday mornings (off work, lazy day) and no matter what time, before 10:15am, we NEVER get any drink. (If DD didn 't randomly choose which location, this wouldn 't be the one we 'd choose). n nUNACCEPTABLE! Save your money and wait for the one in Harrison to be rebuilt. They mess up about 30% of the time but at least the food is good, hot, and we get our drinks (that again, come with the MEAL)!
