Contribute FeedbackDespite a welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff, the dining experience at this restaurant has faced criticism for inconsistent food quality and poor management. While some patrons enjoyed their meals, others reported undercooked dishes, long wait times, and issues with reservations that led to frustrating experiences. The service, while friendly, couldn’t overcome the shortcomings in food preparation, leaving guests disappointed. Highlights included commendable customer service and a pleasant bartender, but overall, issues like mismanaged reservations and mediocre food may deter customers from returning. This restaurant may need significant improvements to regain its customers' confidence.
Jada, the bartender, is great. It is attentive and knowledgeable about food products on Friday. We had a pleasant time. The garlic parmesan wings were good. Thank you for making a good visit. Well worth the visit and we will return.
Food was a good service was great. Steak was overcooked and for a midsection Sirloin had a fat through the center, which is definitely not especially with it is already only 6 ounces. But everything else? I had the Sirloin and shrimp w/ Whisky glaze, potatoes and a salad. To drink was the PB snail Will add photos every time I visit and update reviews, if necessary...
The staff was friendly, great service! I wish the steak was a little bigger, seemed like a 3oz. not a 6oz. Total good
Atmosphere was nice. It wasn't very busy and we got a table right away. It took around 45mins to get our food. The waitress was terribly nice, but the cooking was slow. I got the whiskey glazed burger, but the bun was more glazed than anything. The bottom bun was soggy and dripping either grease or the special whiskey sauce. It took away from the overall experience, but the taste was very good. My fiance got the surf and turf, but the steak was overcooked. By the time we got a replacement, he was ready to leave and ended up taking his meal home. I also got their red velvet cake to go. The taste was...fruity or something strange, I'm not sure, but I wouldn't pay another $10 for it. The waitress was very nice and attentive. She convinced us to sign up for the rewards and we got free chips and salsa as well as a free appetizer (we choose the loaded nachos) Our total bill was $57, not really worth it to be honest, despite the wonderful waitress.
Bar tender was great. Very personable and accommodating however food service is extremely slow. We waited 40 min for 3 to go appetizers and there was probably 8 other diners in the entire restaurant.
