Tony Roma's - Greeley

Terrible experience. We had to wait long before we order drinks/food and get them. I only got my duck when they wanted to give us the check, and I had to say I didn't understand. They offered excuses and said that the person waiting for us was in training. I didn't see any signs that she was trained at all. This makes me think that the bad service goes from the person in training to management.

It was freezing in the restaurant and the food was just fine. Come Slav didn't have much taste, the ribs were just okay.

We were very disappointed by our visit to Tony Romas. We had the baby back ribs to be known for. They were covered with too much grill sauce and the sauce tasted like something in a bottle of power from the grocery store. The bartender was also a server so he had to wait for his tables before he could make all the drinks that took a long time. It was a Friday night and the place was basically abandoned. Now I understand why. We will not return.

Wait, the staff really tried. The ribs were terrible, dry and cooked with little or no sauce. Don't waste your hard-earned money!

I ordered the Filet Medallions and had to send them back twice to get them well done. I finally settled for what I had. The taste was OK. As for everything else I don't there were only the three of us and 2 people at the bar. I felt the cost was too much, won't be back.
