Bicaro’s has a great range including fish, steak, pasta and pizza. The osso bucco soup and bruschetta were delicious starters. The Bolognaise and lasagne were nice, with lots of tomato flavour. Toblererone mousse and sticky date pudding were a nice way to finish. Licensed. Reasonable prices. View all feedback.
What Lolita Harris doesn't like about Bicaro's Ristorante Bar and Forno:
NOT vegetarian friendly. Vegetarian options are pretty much non-existent. The night I went there was one pasta option which was basically the marinated vegetables from the antipasto platter in a tomato sauce- totally lacking any imagination or care. Frustrating given it is not hard to come up with beautiful vegie pasta options. Even the pizza list is dominated by meat, with just a margharita for vegetarians. The meat... View all feedback.
I highly recommend this restaurant for their delicious pizza, pasta, and drinks. The customer service is quick and friendly, with beautiful waitresses. If you're in town, you should definitely give it a try. My only question is, why not give it five stars?
We had dinner at this restaurant last night and everything was perfect. The food, from starters to mains to dessert, was amazing. Despite it being a full house, the service was still fantastic. Thank you so much.
Dined here with our family of 6, 2 adults, and 4 children. Staff were friendly, professional and accommodating. Order was taken promptly, and they arranged for our chldren's meals to come out first and promptly. The meals were generously sized, reasonable prices, and tasted great! We ordered children's schnitzel, pesto chicken pasta, bolognese, chicken breast, and a lasagne all meals were lovely. One thing that seems almost impossible to find at any restaurant is vegetables cooked properly!! These guys did it! the vegetables were great, still firm, not overcooked, not raw, not soggy reheated microwaved vegetables! They were great. We would highly recommend and would dine here again.
I was advised to ask Gina for her recommendation and she suggested the pasta special with meatballs in oil and spinach. It was absolutely delicious and I couldn't find a single fault with it.
My partner and I were visiting Shepparton for the first time and found this hidden gem. Amazing, authentic Italian food backed up by excellent service. We ordered the arancini balls for entree, with carbonara and risotto for mains. Their selection of local Victorian wines were excellently paired with the dishes ordered. Our waiter Sam couldn’t have been a more gracious host and made our visit all the more welcome. The restaurant was fully booked out and we now know why!!
