We came here for the pancake medley which is a selection of 4 different pancakes. Fresh strawberry, raspberry and rhubarb, Alice in wonderland and salted caramel crunch. The pancakes are smaller than their normal size but it's a great way to taste a few different type of pancakes. Great choice to share amongst 2 or one very hungry person. View all feedback.

Given a cut down menu from the usual. Advised in small print that you pay extra because of the Public Holiday. If you pay extra then you should be given the normal menu, put a small surcharge on the bill. At least you know how much the P/H costs.Staff friendly, not enthusiastic. Food ok View all feedback.
I have never been one to write reviews or provide feedback but in this particular case I think it is necessary. It is only because the standard of service provided at the Dandenong restaurant needs to be improved dramatically. Upon arrival we were greeted by a friendly waiter who took our order but failed to read it back to us. That resulted in not receiving the right toppings on my Short stack that I then had to wait another 10minutes to be prepared. We also asked for some water for the table which by the time the food came out, was still nowhere to be seen. The lady who appeared to be the manager offered no apology nor cared at all by the looks of it.I am a reasonable person and these errors are something I would happily put aside the first time, however when one has been repeatedly disappointed by the service, I wonder why I don't take my money elsewhere. Last time I was there they completely forgot I was even there and was waiting a good 20minutes to order (and they forgot my water until I asked again!) The only reason anyone is still going back to this place is because the chefs at the back can still churn out some pretty good food. Other than that, please improve the service. Ps - This may be pushing it but if there was a restaurant that needed a facelift, this is it!
This restaurant in Dandenong is a rare gem that is still standing strong. It is a great place to visit for any occasion.
There are better options for breakfast in Melbourne, including other Pancake Parlours. I recommend trying those alternatives instead.

2 kids meal pancakes and on adult pancake.. 2 adult meals for lunch lunch 5 drinks and $140 later.. nah.. not good enough pancake parlour.. need to lift your game.. venue dirty and service poor.. lucky we had won a voucher but if that's the only way you can get customers you need to rethink..
