Vegan Donut Gelato - Great Wood

Second time here and I was very impressed AGAIN! I loved the Apple/cinnamon bear claw that I got. I also tried the kolaches and they were outstanding as well! I highly recommend this donut shop ?

I love the Kolaches so much!!!!I’ve lived a lot of different places and Kolaches especially from Texas hold a big special place in my heart.Every single time I’m in Houston I make damn sure I make a stop and I even buy extra to take home for the hubby!Very heart warming to see the adorable dog pictures and Buddhist shrine as well… please support this business!

My son had always to dairy and egg. So is a treat to find a place that offers donuts and more. They are delicious you won't miss the dairy or egg at other places. The owners are very kind, they ran out of kolaches and they made for us.

My boyfriend and I came from out of town and were so excited to try these donuts! When we walked in we were instantly charmed by the whole place. If we didnt already have other plans we would have stayed to eat there. She was so sweet and helpful and THE DONUTS were UNBELIEVABLY FRESH AND DELICIOUS! We got four different flavors and LOVED every one. We both got our childhood favorites, Bavarian cream filled and bear claw, and she ELEVATED them. Wow. Just wow. We will come back every time we visit Houston. 10/10 we were blown away. (The Taro icing and green tea were also so so delicious! Everything was gorgeous.

Could not believe my eyes when I googled vegan donuts, thinking I'd need to find a recipe, and lo and behold! Staff is super friendly. The apple fritters are amazing, and the donuts all have excellent texture. My favorite is the old fashion style! Delicious!
