What Lino Pizano doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Everytime I come to this McDonald's location they always seem to forget something I ordered and paid for. I walked in to place an order and the poor manager was trying hard to control the kids from the highschool across the street. The kids were African American and the manager was Hispanic. Everytime I come to this McDonald's location they always seem to forget something I ordered and paid for. I walked in to place an order and the poor manager was trying hard to control the kids from the highschool across the street. The kids were African American and the manager was Hispanic. The kids were rude to her ,used profanity towards her and very ghetto and disrespectful. I highly recommend for this location to have a security on site to prevent anything serious to happen. Some of these kids looked like they psychically wanted to put there hands on her. The manager felt threatened were she has to tell the kids to please behave or she will have to call the authorities to bring the peace again. Now I know why my order is never right.
I’ve been to this McDonald’s a couple times and there’s been some troubles but I haven’t thought about writing about it until today. In one instance, my family and I were going out of town for the weekend and we wanted to get some breakfast here. We usually order in the drive thru but we ordered inside this time to avoid the long line and save some time, but we ended up waiting for over an hour which really set us back on our trip. On another occasion we ordered two Happy Meals with the 6pc chicken nuggets but found out both only had fries inside when we got to the house. We drove back and we were able to get this fixed but it was something concerning. Today this happened again. We ordered two Happy Meals, one 6pc and one cheeseburger, but the cheeseburger one didn’t have the burger. There’s been little things other than this but having these problems finally made me want to leave a review.
There’s always a long wait, and the burgers are Always looked to be thrown together, no appeal for appearance towards the customer, although breakfast is a better quality in appearance than lunchtime or dinner, quality goes a long way, and the management team needs to improve with hands on skills with employees, I was also charged for a DoorDash purchase that I’m currently disputing, which I’m not sure how or why they charged my card twice, for 2 separate orders?
10/1/2023 Sunday morning manager is inept, 25 minute wait curbside with a long slow drive thru line.
9/30 I went through the first lane in the drive through I believe her name was Bri (she was African American) the second lane orders was moving very fast which was odd after watching 4 cars go by I started to talk to the speaker “hello is anyone there” said it twice few seconds later came a very aggressive girl I proceeded to give my order quickly due to the bad service all ready but what upset me is when I get to the window to ask for the aggressive speaker name the night manager (also African American) refused to provide a name so I could make my complaint he was using im not really sure its two girls at the window when I asked for both they names he asked me to pull to second window after paying to get my small order so I decided to just sit at the first window take a picture of all the employees that refused to provide they names and will be reaching out to someone higher expeditiously to help correct this, i avoid McDonald’s because of young sorry employees like this
