Pizza Hut - Grants Pass

Last year the driver went twice lost and the pizza was cold when he finally arrived. we're just sorry. my man loves pizza and wanted to taste pizza hat again. we ordered online and picked it up, but there were no marinara sauce for the broth sticks. my man is a disabled veteran and I try to please him. his frustration about small dinge will soon disappear and I try pizza again in a few months.

Tried to order from the phone and was answered by a boiler room type style. The person who took the call was reading from a script. When it time to order I wanted the pizza special deals. He came back and said those are not available. The cost was almost double for what I was ordering. PH lost the order.

Ordered EXTRA sauce, Twice. Pizza had NO sauce. Very disappointed. First time mistakes happen. Second time no excuse. Pizza Hut USED to be my favorite pizzeria. So Long

I went in with a friend and simply ordered an 8 piece of honey bbq wings and a small pizza. First of all, the customer service was AWFUL. They were totally rude, they were completely inappropriate and talked to eachother as if they werent at work and as if we werent even there. As we sat and waited for our food, they were playing with receipts and called it streamers and the phone rang 5 different times and she said she was too busy to answer as she was looking at receipts. Then they gave us our food, my chicken was completely dry, there was barely ANY sauce whatsoever on it. What kind of wings dont come with cause on it? And they told her that her pizza would be bigger than that and its literally like 4 inches big. Not worth the money, not worth the wait. I will never go back there again. Their food and customer service is a joke.

This was the worst experience I have ever had! The manager was not only unprofessional but was absolutely crazy! I recommend anyone especially with children stay far away from this business until this woman loses her job. She scared our children and wouldn't let us leave after being treated so rediculously bad we said we no longer wanted the pizza and were leaving she blocked my car and called the police over candy the children had dropped and made up lies that the children were throwing candy at her domestic partner that was sitting in the lobby. The kids never threw anything and we were completely shocked she was even talking to us like that then continued to call us drug addicts and horrible parents! All we wanted was to get food to feed our army of hungry kids instead we were harassed and treated so horribly bad I will never never return to this establishment.
