I had never tried Cuban food before because I couldn't find any vegan options, so I was thrilled to give it a shot! The sweet plantain was delicious and cooked just like I remembered from Costa Rica. Platano Maduro was absolutely delicious and reminded me of the way it's cooked in Costa Rica. The Vegan Picadillo was made with rice, beans, soy, and had a great flavor. The servings were generous, so it lasted me two meals. If I return to Grant's Pass, I would love to try something new on the menu.
