Catalyst Pizza Co. - Grants Pass

16" garden pizza was outstanding Only wished they would include paper plates and napkins. Next time in Grants Pass will be ordering from Catalyst again.

Pizzas do not look, nor taste like they did when Catalyst first opened. Now it takes over an hour and my last 3 orders were not correct. Then you have to stand in line to get a prepaid pizza. I know the instructions say to not wait in line, but that is just rude for everyone that is standing in line. They do not know or understand why people are cutting to the front of the line. Need to figure out a better solution. Yesterday I ordered online and it said 33 minutes. So I left in plenty of time. I get there in 30 minutes and the app now says another 38 minutes! I would never have ordered had I known it would be over an hour actually. To make matters worse, the pizza was not hot. So it actually had been ready while I was waiting for 38 minutes for the app to say ready instead of waiting in line. Gross pizza, soggy crust from the steam and sitting in a box for over 30 minutes.

The best pizza ever! So delicious! Perfectly made! Absolutely excellent! Will forever be a customer
