Excellent eating. she stayed here for a week and had dinner every night. the workers get completely what implies veganism. it made everything very relaxed. a ve... read more Excellent eating. she stayed here for a week and had dinner every night. the workers get completely what implies veganism. it made everything very relaxed. a vegan and a vegetarian main course option every night. chef is very good and imaginatiw, offers completely different dishes every day actually much more varied than the carnivore options superb desserts, also, and good suppening and salads for beginners. many breakfast options and they are flexible. they made me an example of vegan porridge and they can have a cooked breakfast when that's their ding. one of the owners is vegan, and it is mainly a hotel for animal observers, therefore its veg-friendly approach. I would give it 5 stars as eating was just as good as plant-based restaurants, but the app does not allow for non-veg sites. governing measure tight, well organized.

Now I'm glad to see that there are always vegan options on the set menu for the day. the desserts are really good and the risotto was great. are small, so they need at least two courses. it is also a animal hotel, so a good place to stay for wild vegans
