Subway - Grande Prairie

The food was alright, but to see the sandwich artist not changing gloves between orders really bothered me. I regret not asking him to change gloves but I really thought it was in the guidelines to change between sandwiches. I watched him make at least four to five sandwiches from different orders before getting to mine with the same gloves, and later I had an allergic reaction because of the cross contamination. I was in a lot of pain but there are some people who could die from that...

The afternoon staff are great and all products ready to be served as menu offered.Went in before work to get a meatball sub and they didn't have meat balls prepared.It was 8pm they close at 10pm.You would think they would have there offered menu products.

New Menu, friendly service , very clean! The sub actually looked like the picture!!!

Slow staff. Low motivation. Place mobile order. Drive to restaurant. Waited at drive thru for 8 mins. Drove to window. Nobody came. Walked inside. Wasn't greeted or acknowledged. Went back out and drove thru again. Was told again to wait. I said not waiting any longer. Cancel my order. Terrible service. Very slow. And to think I even gave them a tip. Save your money. Go somewhere else. Update. 4 days later I still never got a refund. Disputing charges thru my bank now

If I could give a negative star I would.... had no swiss no hot sauce no jalapenos veggies were not fresh bread was hard. took 20 mins for 5 6inch subs. 1 person making sandwiches while the other worker was on his cell phone..... absolutely brutal and would never return to this location. Don't even have fou rain pop
