Bistrot Caraibes is our favorite restaurant in the entire Caribbean. They never fail to impress. The seafood dishes are always cooked to perfection and they are always paired with the most delicious sauces to complement and enhance the dish. Thibaut and Amaury are superb hosts and always make us feel welcome

Excellent French food in a fine Caribbean setting. Service was good as well. Reservations highly recommended

We had an exceptional experience at this restaurant. Having visited several establishments in Grand Case, we can confidently say that this is one of the best. The food was authentic and the service was amazing. The veal and filet main courses were perfect, as were the onion soup and baked goat cheese appetizers. The dining room was very charming and tastefully decorated. We are usually very picky when it comes to dining out, but this was definitely a great choice.

This restaurant on Saint Martin Island is a must-visit, known for its delicious lobster thermidor. The staff is attentive and professional, providing a wonderful dining experience.

We had a great evening at the restaurant! I ordered the lamb chops, which were delicious. My wife enjoyed a half lobster thermidor with drawn butter, while my brother chose the beef tajine with slow-cooked beef shank in a flavorful sauce with vegetables. For dessert, we had crème brûlée and profiteroles. The service was friendly and excellent, and our server was a true asset to the restaurant.
