Food was mediocre and our order was incorrect. Server couldn’t handle our Friday’s reward points correctly. This particular Friday’s location has severely gone downhill in the past few years.
The restaurant informed us upon arriving that “we don’t use that app” so our reservation was basically completely invalid. Don’t book this location open table, you’ll still wait almost an hour for a table.
We had a great space for people. Friendly staff was great.
We made a reservation thinking that we would need one, but when we arrived they were neither busy nor prepared to seat our group. So much for taking the time to make a reservation! It took forever to get out drinks and food. And although the items were palatable, I would not recommend to anyone that they go here versus other restaurants in the area.
This place has gone way down hill! We sat for minutes were passed by multiple servers including the one that eventually greeted us. Service is non-existent. Please close and stop wasting precious retail space
