Golden Chick - Grand Prairie

I love golden chick best chicken spot ever but every time I come to this one and I mean every time there's something missing from my order I always pay extra to add extra Chicken to my order and I drive to work and the extra pieces are never there the only time from all the times I been there where they have only given me my order right once because I order one chicken sandwich anyways people would say why don't u just get in the drive thru again or walk in like I can't I have to get my food and go or I will miss lunch

Beware!! I messed up not even checking before driving off but I wasnt expecting a whole hairball with my meal... Very unacceptable and ill never be back

Golden Chick wasted $22.46 of mine tonight. Usually Golden Chick doesn’t disappoint but this time when I got home and opened my food , a wad of hair was sitting right on top my food. I called the store and was not answered. Very disappointed

I've returned to this restaurant after almost eight years. Previously, I had issues with the old manager, but I can't recall his name. Many others and I had called in to voice our complaints. However, I recently learned that the current manager has been in charge for seven years. I ordered the chicken sandwich, and it was delicious—definitely on par with Popeyes! The new manager was attentive and made my experience enjoyable. It's refreshing to see such positive changes at this establishment.

Big Low-Gum-Huh really missed the mark right from the beginning, starting with the very lowest quality ingredients. It's incredible how poor it was! The chicken had so many hormones, antibiotics, and preservatives pumped into it that it was absolutely disgusting. I visited this restaurant when it first opened, and I didn't enjoy it then either.
