I have read the reviews as well as responses from the owners. I will pay the price for the great food and great service. However, I will never spend my money where there is awful customer service. The store rep with the first initial L did everything possible not to help me and my family. People of color should be treated like everyone else. View all feedback.

Great ice cream and cashew brittle!! They also mak wonderful fudge in all flavors!!
Great ice cream! We got two flavors in a waffle cone bowl and it was very fresh.
I would consider myself an ice cream connoisseur. Visited grand haven for a month and this place is next level
