Bob's Off The Square - Granbury

Burgers overcooked, pumices and rings overcooked, very slow... The family who ordered immediately before us could get their food and eat before ours were ready. Maybe if the cook didn't spill outside the food would be better. On the way we observed that a grilled cheese waiting for someone to pick him up, was burned together with their fries. No table service. Our table was only partially cleaned and she never came back to the glasses of the former people who left. It wasn't too busy. You have paid you and leave a bliss at the beginning, so there is no incentive for you to get good service after you have already tipped for it. Maybe they should rethink their business model to encourage recurring customers. Wasn't impressed.

Pleasantly surprised with this place from the square. It seems small when looking from the street, but the rear terrace is very nice, with a larger seating area. We didn't expect to find live music there. That was a plus. The outdoor back terrace atmosphere is very cozy, with various options on the place including sofas. We were glad we finally checked this place. We'll be back. We ordered filled jalapeños packed in bacon, chicken wings, slides and beignets. The food was served well and in time, the staff was very friendly. Fun point.

Great food and great music! They were also very child-friendly, there were a ton of children walking around there! The live music was great fun and we all enjoyed it! I have the adult grilled cheese and it was SO GOOD!

The food is delicious!! My husband had Bob's Burger and I had the chicken salad sandwich. We had both side elevators and it was all soooo yummy! We also had fried pimples and they were the best we ever had! They had a band playing at Fri Night. ve loved staying and listening, but it was over 100 and much too hot! Great atmosphere and friendly service!

I have eaten at Bob?s too many times to count. Always a lively atmosphere with excellent service. Add to that live music and spacious seating areas, you have the best eatery in Granbury center. I have also noticed a fully stocked bar (I do not drink). Parking can be a challenge when the Square is busy. However the church across the street is welcoming to motorcycles and cars. Please remember to keep your waste in control as the wind blows it away while dining outside!
