This place feels trapped in time dark walls, mirrored bar, vinyl stools, filled to the brim with locals getting their morning orange juice, coffee and pastries. What leuveen doesn't like about Casa Pasteles:
Quite a typical place for Spain that means it's quite dirty, you need to go to the counter and wait 5 minutes until they notice you (that's quite normal, believe me! The coffe was good, and the pastries were looking really delicious! The staff was nice, they don't speak English but it was easy to communicate. View all feedback.
Es la pastelería por excelencia en esta zona de la ciudad: tartas y variedad de pasteles totalmente caseros, se nota a simple vista y luego también en el sabor. Puedes tomar allí con un café o también para llevar: nosotros pedimos esta última vez un milhojas de crema que estaba espectacular. Las palmeras de chocolate tambien están estupendas. Precios además muy populares. Recomendable.

Los piononos buenísimos!! No le pongo 5 estrellas porque no nos dieron ticket de las consumiciones.
Buenas tostadas, pasteles y café. Atención correcta y precio muy competitivo. Muy cerca de la plaza céntrica del Albayzin.
Muy buenas tostadas de jamón con tomate y un café muy rico, por tres € y poco. Un lujo al lado de los apartamentos y en pleno corazón del mirador de San Nicolás
