I wish bakgården the best luck, here are some who strive for quality. my contribution to quality is to announce that the staff must receive the guests. I arrived the day, and nobody ate. I didn't know if it was at the tables or at the counter. one of the employees sat and was busy talking to (translated) girlfriend. I have several discreet views in my direction. Finally, I went to the counter and had my marginalization not dinner service, but lunch and suppee, among others.

The renovated Bakgården restaurant in the city center of Vassenden, Gran is a beautiful place. I had a very good club sandwich here, unlike the disappointing roll I had earlier at Lygna. I wish Bakgården all the best in the future as they strive for quality. One suggestion I have is that the staff should be more attentive to guests. I arrived one day and no one greeted me or took my order. It was unclear whether we were supposed to seat ourselves or wait to be seated. One of the employees seemed to be chatting with a friend instead of serving customers. Eventually, I went up to the counter to order and pay. While there wasn't table service, they did offer lunch and soup options.
