Steven B. is spot on: there’s great beer in Grafton! I tried the Civil Life Brown and the Great Lakes Edmund Fitzgerald Porter, while Therese H. enjoyed the Short's Octorock Cider. The French horse basket, filled with pulled pork, speck, and cheese, was so generous that I had to take half of it home. The name definitely needs to be changed. The old Piasa Pub was a fantastic spot under the previous management, but Aeries just doesn’t measure up—it’s quite disappointing. The beer selection is the same generic craft beer you find at any bar; there’s nothing special about it. We waited an hour for cold fries and dry burgers, which was really a letdown.
