We're currently making our way down the list of sandwich options and so far every one of them has been soooo good! I will definitely visit for as long as the Huck Truck is in Concordia. Heck, i might even drive a town over if they move! :D
The quality that comes from this little food truck is unsurpassed! I would drive in a category 5 hurricane to taste one of their Panini 's. Not to mention there 's some pretty amazing salads as well. I had the 'surprise me with amazingness ' sandwich and it was truly awesome!
