Grafton Scoop

I stood in line with five people ahead of me, and after 15 minutes, only one cone was served, and it seemed like only one person's order was taken. I noticed three girls working inside, so I'm not sure why it was taking so long to serve customers. It seems like the service has become very slow this year.

I've been there a couple of times, and the ice cream was really good, even though it was run by what seemed like middle school girls. Despite that, the ice cream was impressive. However, I went there yesterday and found out they had closed for good, which marks the end of an era for their ice cream. I suppose I can always go to Cold Stone for better options. So if you were planning to visit before they shut down, just remember you should have gone while they were still open.

The restaurant is now under new ownership and the experience is quite disappointing. Be prepared to wait half an hour just for a cup of ice cream. If you were a fan of the Grafton Scoop, I recommend not returning; you will likely be very let down.

The staff was friendly and attentive. Although it’s a small establishment, I had a lovely experience, and the ice cream was outstanding.
