We visited this restaurant yesterday 2/10/16 enroute. We ordered 3 meals. When I was eating mine a small caterpillar fell to the ground! The manager refused to accept any responsibility or even give me his name. Understandably I felt unable to eat the rest of my meal. Avoid this place. There is a very nice Chinese/ Japanese buffet place over the road. I have written to the restaurant and Head Office and await a respo... View all feedback.

Okay, you never expect a good meal at a McDonald 's, but you expect warm food to be served quickly. McDo is a solution we use when we are on the road for a long distance. You should avoid that. You have installed a system where you order at a terminal, then either wait somewhere near the counter or you sit and they bring it to you. One of us clicked on the counter and waited and waited until he realized that no number is called... they simply leave the order on the counter and you're supposed to recognize it, grab it and leave ... not impressive. The other clicked on the table service... the waiting was even worse because they don't have enough staff to prepare the food, they can't save someone to get it on the table, so why offer? We waited for 25 minutes (yes... no joke! to get cold food. When I went to the counter to get fresh and warm frits, the staff simply shook and went on with their choirs. I told her that's it, you're just gonna ignore me? I turned around and told the people that they had their order by what to expect, the manager came and gave me a replacement frit I didn't dare, asked for a new hamburger, because I didn't want to wait half an hour and it ate lukewarm. So why install an expensive system that needs more staff when the old one works better??? I saw this system in other McDonald 's and it works much better... but they had more staff.
