As a regular customer I was stunned at the poor service today. We waited an hour for our coffee and received no apology for the wait. They were obviously understaffed and the staff working were very poorly trained. What a shame as we enjoy this cafe but maybe a change is due. View all feedback.
The cafe presents as a mid level venue, and provided service, food, beverage, and seating to match. Excellent service when ordering special dietary requirements. My chicken pesto melt was well sized, not too much cheese, nicely presented. Black coffee was mildly aromatic, medium roast, no fruity flavour, no great lingering flavours.

If your hungry get the big breakfast, great service and delicious best black coffee.
BEST coffee ive ever had. Whilst waiting for a long time for my order, I saw the lady pouring only HALF a shot of espresso and my coffee tasted like milk. The weather is cold but I did not ask for extra hot to burn my tongue!! Might as well add extra hot milk to your menu
Don't bother eating here if you're in a hurry , 40 minute wait , had to ask for it to be put in a takeaway bag
