Went with my partner and it was awesome! Ordered the garlic and cheese pizza crust as an entrée which was essentially a small pizza and it was great. Then had the gnocchi quarto which was awesome (wish they gave us a bit more) and a pizza. Would recommend and will go back View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Porto Azzurro Italian Restaurant:
Expected more from this Italian restaurant! The entree of chargrilled calamari was very average. The Nanata Fritti lacked seasoning, but once you added the salt and pepper it was a good dish.We had an excellent pizza and throughly enjoyed it. But what is surprising is that they do not have pepperoni on any pizza. What is also nice is that even though you maybe full and unable to fit in a delicious dessert, you can ha... View all feedback.
Excellent eating, service, ambiente and so on. I order the kalbs with mushrooms and kartoffelmaische, this is one of my favorite local restauarnts.
We moved about 3 years ago to gordon and a friend suggested that we visit porto azzurro for Italian eating. we have now visited to eat and to many places, most recently today (10/28/21.) while eating in service and eating. were very good and for the ordering home they are also highly recommended. the Prosciutto pizza (prosciutto prosciutto, rakete and fresh parmesan), the quattro salumi (ham, cabanossi, salami, flat pancetta), the mushroom rissotto (risotto ai funghi Arborio-Reis, sorted mushrooms, crumbled are all commendable. our favorite is the quattro salumi pizza. the menu is a good choice, the ambiente is casual with the location within a small essecke of the main street area of gordon (pacific highway) and quite close to the railway station.
What a venue. we celebrated our daughter 16th birthday. the service exceptional, eating exceptional. the employees are proud to serve their customers. it really feels like your home. Thank you for bringing me back to Italy. well done.
You have to try this restaurant. I am sure they will not be dissatisfied with the diverse menu. we loved it for 7 jars.
I recently visited Porto Azzuro for dinner with my family. We ordered 4 mains and some sides. Overall is was a good experience with the service a highlight. The restaurant has a nice space with tables a good distance apart. I thought the price of...some of the mains a touch high and sadly the food (for me) was a bit of a let down. Still the pizzas and risotto were quite good.
