A very charming place, held by a couple of enthusiasts driven by a helpful and available staff. A selection of wines to make you turn your head, but the knowledge and passion of the chef will decide: trust your eyes closed. The dishes are rich, perfectly balanced and beautifully presented. An address to put in favori, a terrace where one returns without hesitation.
Read the so-called "hyrambique" opinions, we were waiting for a memorable dinner... The aperitives: 1 cup of good champagne and 1 Caïperinha worth more than a nicely presented lemonade but or the cachaça was parkful... The 2 entries: home terrine and hull marinade were excellent and on their own merit this dinner. The following 2 dishes: a piece of beef fillet with irreproachable mushrooms and velvet daube very well simmered but a little fade! . The servers, very kind, did not know the composition of the dishes. Two glasses of wine were served, very fresh! A late fridge output raises the server, especially for red. Nevertheless after "warming" the wines proved excellent. Note the generosity of dishes and other accompaniments. In conclusion, more than 160€ to two, some expensive drinks, but a quality meal!
A very beautiful "hidden" place at the bottom of gordes. You will eat a local house kitchen in the garden or inside with a very warm decoration. There is a menu at 60€/person with input , dessert dish. Value for money excellent. You will discuss with the chef who advises wonderfully well on the food and wine agreements. We speak with a passionate who knows about it and makes us discover local wines just to fall! The Provencal daube cocotte with these little vegetables is just a wonder and it is a niçoise that says it! Go on but think about booking.
A raised, colorful and vibrant kitchen. The vegetarian dish (ravioles with cheese and spirulina) is worked and full of good greenery. Thanks for offering vegetarian dishes that are real cuisine. The baba was very good, well steeped in rum and not too sweet. The house dog is very high. Everyone had a very nice evening!
