Pizza Hut - Goodyear

If I order directly from the app; on the official pizza hat app under the acceptance I would have a pizzeria keeper with the pizza. No, it is no way to pick up the delivery again if they will deliver the deliveries to third. I try to support workers who are officially on pizza are hut payroll but it seems as if pizza itself want to beat the support not.

We ordered for delivery and waited pass the delivery time before calling. We tried calling over and over for about 30 minutes and no one picked up. This was the second time this as happened. I understand things happen and sometimes need more time but at least let the customers know. I will never order from this place again.

I made an order w a woman over the phone told it 'd be 40mins til ready. I got there then a man (Jimmy) told me the ovens had been down and had neglected to call an inform me. I was upset and then walked out he then screamed F you to me. I came back in and asked for a number for his boss multiple times he tried to deflect my request then finally gave me a number. I called and the woman sounded just like the woman I just gave my order to previously and said he 's stressed and was expressing himself and wasn 't going to do anything about. I am honestly in complete confusion as to how this store is still open. The supervisor name apparently was Alexis and his name Jimmy or so this paper says.

Ordered here 3 separate times for delivery, each time they messed up my order or was missing half of it or part of it wasn't even what I ordered and waaayyy past the estimated delivery time. Each time I called, could never get through and got hung up on. Why have a phone if your never going to answer it pizza hut!?!?! For decoration!? DONT EVER ORDER DELIVERY IF YOU WANT YOUR ENTIRE ORDER AND RECIEVED CORRECTLY AND HOT. DEAR MANAGER, DO BETTER AND BE BETTER BECAUSE THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

We were so hungry, excited about our pizza delivery to receive this... now we hangry and they don 't answer the damn phone! Cold pizza and wings upon delivery. Order was delivered by door dash 40 mins late although I ordered through the a Pizza Hut app so pizza wasn 't kept warm in the heat bag. But my kids was like mom, what 's wrong with this pizza? Wish my lazy ass would have cooked instead of spending $90!! Never again!
