Contribute FeedbackFiliberto's offers a mixed bag of dining experiences that leave patrons divided. While some rave about generous portions and friendly cashiers, others lament the declining quality of food, citing issues like cold entrees, improperly cooked meat, and unsatisfactory customer service. Popular items, such as burritos, often miss the mark with inconsistent textures and flavors. Long wait times and management's inattentiveness have contributed to a sense of frustration among customers. Despite a few devoted supporters who appreciate its affordability, many patrons are reconsidering their loyalty amidst these ongoing concerns.
I recently ordered food for four people at this restaurant, but unfortunately they made mistakes with two of the orders. When I went up to let them know, the employee started arguing with me. The order specifically specified meat, cheese, rice, and beans only, yet she argued that the receipt did not say to exclude pico de gallo or guacamole. Despite not including guacamole, they still added pico de gallo, which goes against the clear instruction of "only" on the order. It should be simple to understand the word "only." Just like when I requested beef salad with the beef on the side - I didn't input it incorrectly, yet somehow it was blamed on me. I have no interest in arguing, but I will not be returning to this restaurant. I left without eating anything.
I really enjoy their carne asada fries, but the past two weekends I was told they were not taking orders because they ran out of meat. Unsure how I feel about this, but if you can get your hands on some carne asada fries, they are amazing! The issue seems to be whether they have meat or not. I usually go to this Filibertos location for great service and food, but the last two times with no meat was disappointing. In my opinion, if they are not taking orders, they should close down. But that is just one person's perspective.
I ordered a number 5 add Asada in the enchiladas and they threw the meat on top the ?cheese enchiladas had cheese but it was not melted. And then I ordered a taco salad with asada and extra rice they hand it to me was not what I asked for and then theyturned around and made me pay more for their mess up. If I could give 0 stars I would. Avoid this place if all is possible.
My usual experience at this restaurant is usually good, but unfortunately, this time was not the case. I waited in line at the window for about 8 minutes until the cars behind me started honking. I observed two employees chatting and folding things without acknowledging my presence or informing me of any delays. After waiting for about 10 minutes, I knocked on the window and the manager explained that they were prioritizing to-go orders. I found this to be rude and unprofessional, as I believe they should have been assisting drive-thru customers first. Upon receiving my food, I discovered that the bowl was not properly sealed and all the liquid had leaked out, causing a mess. Additionally, the chips were smashed by the weight of the leaking liquid. I decided to return everything and requested a refund. I did not receive an apology at any point during this interaction. The management's behavior was unacceptable and I will not be returning to this restaurant due to the poor customer service I experienced.
Always a great place for American Mexican cuisine. the prices are very decent, but slightly high. the last time they screwed up a command cannot remember.
