Seateing took 5 mins only, 15 minutes to get our order taken, 20 mins for food to be served, and was handed the bill within 5 min of food arriving. Overall the service was unexcusably slow. I saw tables arrive after I did and get their food before I did as well. Food was great and well priced but the service is lacking. View all feedback.
I love this place. I understand this is a chain but this is the best one.
Highly recommend Black Bear Diner. We have been here twice both times our server Clayton was fantastic! Ordering process was efficient and food came out fresh. Will definitely be back!
