Contribute FeedbackDespite mixed reviews, Black Angus in Goodyear has loyal patrons who enjoy the food and atmosphere. However, some recent experiences have been disappointing due to slow service and tough prime rib. There are complaints about missing loyalty points and inconsistent service quality. On the other hand, some diners appreciate the excellent food and welcoming staff, especially the manager, Alice. Overall, Black Angus offers a pleasant dining experience for regulars, but there are areas for improvement, such as service timeliness and quality control of food items like prime rib.
Great eating, atmosphere, people. manager alice ensures that everyone enjoys the best guest experience. bartenders (mixologists), hosts, server and coworkers are all with smiles on their faces around and are really happy to help. would recommend to anyone to visit for any occasion, or is the place to go!
When I'm in arizona, I always eat on black angus. I'm in the regular hesitant when it comes to chain restaurants, but in all honesty they can't go wrong here. the steaks are of high quality as the service. worth a visit!
After having not been in years I found the food to be a pleasant surprise. My only issue is that my other family members got prime rib and it was very very tough to eat. I tried it and found It to be hard to chew. My new york strip was, however, soft and easy to eat, as well as delicious.
My first time here and my favorite part of my dinner was my cocktail. It was the Peach mule currently being served. Peach, Bourbon, a candied pineapple and ginger beer. Delicious. The food was good however, wait time was a bit long. I had a 12 oz Sirloin- medium well and it was juicy. Their Loaded Baked Potato soup was also very tasty. Price ranges per plate are between $15-$60. For a table of 3 with 2 dinners, an appetizer and 7 cocktails came to $155. I enjoyed it, I'll be back sometime again!
Celebrated 13th Anniversary. While waiting to order, they bring out fresh baked bread with butter... Decided on campfire feast for 2. Which is 1 appetizer,, 2 entrees, 2 sides for each, and 1 dessert. Ordered The steak quesadilla for appetizer. Sides, salad, which was blended well, and au gratin potatoes, that were very tasty. The N.Y. strip. It was a little tender but juicy. For dessert , I know right... A giant chocolate chip cookie, that melts in your mouth! Topped with ice cream. Needless to say we had plenty of left overs for the next day. They didn't know we were celebrating our anniversary and still treated us very well. Great service.
