The food was very good, the brisket was tender (no knife needed) moist, and great taste. Ribs were large and tender. Baked beans were great too. Their potato salad was very good, a little different. Not mustard based. Our waitress was friendly, polite, and very attentive. A great dining experience, we will be back. View all feedback.
What Linda Anderson doesn't like about Chaddydaddys Brisket:
They must think their food is made of gold, but $51.00 for 5 ribs and 2 pints of beans and 1 small potato salad is ridiculous. I will not be eating there again, I guess they want everybody to pay for the move. I'm sorry but the food is not that great forthe price they charge. View all feedback.
Grill and fryer were out. Hopefully they can get them fixed. Wish the potatoes was mixed with butter before adding the meat. But their big potatoe is good.
Super nice staff. Pricey for me. $20 BBQ potato). Good BBQ about a 7 from a 1-10 scale. Would go there again.

After reading the reviews we decided to try it. One thing for sure you can't please everyone. When you cut the fat off the brisket you cut some flavor and moisture off. The brisket was dry and tough. The sausage was good. Never have I ever seen abbq sandwich grilled like a panini. The sandwich was dry and this is where that moist would have made it better. And yes wetold the waitress. Add some spices to that meat. Cook it low and slow. When a customer asks for moist give them moist not dry.
