Ali Baba Grill was founded in November of 2000 by Fiyahd and Mahmoud. Their passion for high-quality Lebanese and Mediterranean cuisine originated from their respective backgrounds. Fiyahd, a native of Syria, honed his skills as a chef at a prominent restaurant in Saudi Arabia for ten years. His exceptional dishes mirror his family heritage and culinary journey. Owner and chef Fiyahd Aoutabachi, formerly of La Zeez, which has since closed its doors, poured his heart into establishing Ali Baba. In 2002 and 2004, Ali Baba Grill was honored with the "Best Of Denver" award for its outstanding Middle Eastern cuisine. Ali Baba is a welcoming family-owned establishment where each decorative piece holds a special story. Notably, all the dishes at Ali Baba Grill are prepared fresh daily.
