Hard Rock Café - Gold Coast

Eating in general was not great) steak was cooked spot on but expensive for what it was with not much on the way from sweet on the side. When my steak arrived, I ordered a glass of red wine that came weeping when I was about to finish my meal. kellnerin was nice and apologise for the delay. Not quite sure why it took so long as it saw a lot of personal on) place looks something dated, three of the four soap donations in the male toilet were empty 8pm) there was no paper cloth and the electric hand dryer did not work: . 12.5% surcharge for the Easter Saturday added salt to the money wound.

Limited menu, no fish in the evening we visited, and the quality of food was only averaged. the service was good. ambience was simply with non-hard rock music on small TV screens in the restaurant. this place has many potentials, but needs attention.

We have been to over 32 Hard Rocks all over the world, so we were excited to re-visit the only one we have in Australia, and thats where it ended What a disappointment, the staff were great, although the dining floor was only about 30%...full, we were placed at a 2 seater table in the middle of the floor amongst all the kitchen traffic, we ordered drinks and they came out fast off to a good start we thought then we ordered entrée and mains, the entrée came out with mains when we asked for them to come out at separate times I ordered a chicken Caesar salad and my wife order a club sandwich, the salad was 90% lettuce, 5% chicken and then dressing WTF where 's the croutons, bacon pieces, anchovies ? since when does lettuce have brown tinges on the edges ?? And Club Sandwich, well we just pulled it apart and ate what we could recognize. What a massive disappointment The Australian Hard Rock Café is probably one of my least favorite cafes out of all 33 Hard Rocks we have been to !! Lift your game guys

Ordered 2 meals a Steak and a Burger. Burger tasted like the grill hadn’t been cleaned for a while. It was unpleasant. Steak and prawns average. I don’t mind paying $50 for a steak , however I do expect a certain quality for that.

Our table was situated right next to the service bar and staff walked past our table multiple times without taking our order. It’s so hard to believe that this is an American chain because there was no service here. We may have just been ghosts...as we walked out because the staff didn’t even acknowledge us as we walked past them on the way out. I’m so glad I didn’t waste $41 on Nachos.
