Fat Freddy’s Beach Bar Diner

I had a very comfortable stay at this restaurant. Despite arriving on a red-eye flight from Perth, I was able to check in early. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was amazingly hot. The apartment was tidy, well-designed, and very quiet - I think I was the only guest on the floor. The balcony offered nice views and the apartment looked just like the photos on the website. I would definitely stay here again.

My family has stayed at this hotel multiple times and it is a fantastic place to stay. It is conveniently located within walking distance to everything you need and there are great local restaurants nearby. The atmosphere at the hotel is cozy and welcoming, with wonderful views from all sides. The Manager and staff are friendly and attentive to every detail, making our stay practically perfect in every way.

This restaurant review is absolutely fantastic. From the welcoming check-in lady at the front desk on Saturday evening (I wish I got her name to praise her to the manager) to the stunning views from our room, I couldn't find a single fault with the place. The pool is large and well-maintained, the room was clean and spacious, and overall it was a perfect stay. The mattresses may be a bit worn out and could use replacement, but it didn't take away from our experience. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to others.

My husband and I made a last minute reservation after finding Avani Broadbeach on google. I rang to request the room a half an hour earlier. The gentleman on the phone was helpful above and beyond. Thanks to him, the room choice was outstanding. So lovely meet him at the desk and be spoilt by his attention. Everything is very clean and very well appointed. Our new go-to motel. Highly recommended.

Very friendly staff. The room I stayed in is an oceanfront room that makes me feel more like a resort. Convenient location. There are many restaurants, takeaway shops and Woolworths near the hotel. If you cook in the room, you need your own seasoning. One of the highly recommended hotels for staying in Broadbeach.
