eating was ok (pasta a bit overcooked) and sufficient, the service was slow (but the place was pretty packed), all at a place where you could go but not have to. View all feedback.
Dinner, 9 people, with TG 25 € for 1 person General After a busy day and evening meeting, 9 hungry colleagues took their way to the noodle house. It was reserved for 20.30. Service and service My boss said that nothing has changed here for 25 years and it seems to be. The institution is students rustic. Simple, dark wood dominates. The tables are divided into smaller groups on empires. You feel very at home here. Usually it's always quite crowded here, this Tuesday night it was only moderately full. At the end of the elongated room we had given a longer table. We were responsible for a young lady who was probably still studying. She was very friendly and even brought a little water to our four-legged friend. We had to say the numbers for the courts. The cutlery box is placed on the table with napkins. Otherwise it was relatively unspectacular. It didn't convince me. Cleanliness I didn't visit the toilets, but can't complain. In the noodle house there is a huge selection of freshly produced noodles with everything you can mix with the delicious things. The noodles with cream sauce and fresh mushrooms are particularly noticeable. But since I've always eaten this combination, I've been forced to order something else. After a long time I chose noodles by type of house (band noodles with crabs, ham, peas and tomato sauce). At the price I am not so sure anymore, I think it was 8 to 10 €. My white wine from Rheinhessen was probably €4.50 and a large water. My wine can be cut well. The noodles, on the other hand, were really so tasty that I could put myself in. Perfectly matched, not too hard or soft, fresh little crabs, ham and my beloved peas. It tasted good. My colleagues were also thrilled by the often chosen stone mushroom noodles. One colleague even chose the extravagant poppy noodles with figs and started happy. Of course the ladies wanted Dessert. How happy my eye saw a homemade chocolate souffle. Order! Maybe there was this lovely liquid core? A small souffle with a ball vanilla ice cream, apple columns, a little raspberries, pomegranate seeds and semi-finished grapes, all immersed with chocolate sauce. Looks good! The ice was unfortunately of medium quality, but the fruit was fresh and beautiful. Unfortunately, my hoped chocolate core does not exist in liquid form. Too bad that gave the rash to the 5th star. Another successful conclusion. For a colleague I paid my bet in the form of a wheat. The PLV is completely fine in the noodle house. The portions are normal too large. Conclusion The Nudelhaus is a long-standing institution in Göttingen and changes little. The noodles are self-made and can be found in many variations on the map. Nudel lovers are here at your expense. The PLV and cleanliness are fine, the service is friendly, but rather average. This time it convinced me again and I like to come back.

There was of us and the food,service and the whole ambiance was excellent. The prices are VERY reasonable and the portions more than enough.Awesome place!!
